Gluten Free Creamy Pumpkin Pie Dip

All the creamy goodness of fall’s favorite ingredient paired with smooth cream cheese and autumn spices make this dip a hit with almost everyone!

The best part is it comes together in a few minutes with only a handful of ingredients.

Do keep in mind this dip needs to be refrigerated for at least 8 hours, so make it ahead, pop it in the fridge overnight (or up to 2 days if needed), then when you’re ready to serve, pair it with your favorite gluten-free graham style cookies, fresh fruit and dessert is served.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Confectioner’s Sugar
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pure Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
  • Optional ingredients for serving: Gluten Free graham style cookies or Gluten Free ginger snap cookies, apple slices, pear slices

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin and spices, then mix again until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator, stir and serve with gluten-free graham style cookies or gluten-free gingersnaps and apple or pear slices.
