Ingredients

  • 3 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • ¾ cup Pure Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
  • 2 cups Roughly Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free White Chocolate Chunks or Chips
  • 4 large Egg whites, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl combine cocoa, sugar, pecans and chocolate
  3. Stir in egg whites and vanilla, and mix until everything is well combined. Do not whip. Cool for half an hour
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet
  5. Bake for 15 min. Carefully transfer to a rack to cool
