A rich fudgy brownie is topped with a gooey layer of melted marshmallows then drenched in sweet chocolate frosting for the chocolate sensation of your dreams! Plan ahead so you can assemble these and allow them to cool before slicing. It really is worth the wait to allow the flavors and textures to meld and the chocolate icing on top to “set”. Slicing the brownies into squares is much easier after they’ve had a chance to cool a bit.
Serve these at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you’re feeling particularly indulgent, or for an extra chewy treat, forego the ice cream and chill the brownies in the refrigerator (that aids slicing, too!).
